Believing God for a GREAT ROUNDUP!

We are entering in to the final hours before our next two VERY IMPORTANT cowboy camps.

Dear Friends, I have been in the gospel ministry 52 years and been very happy and pleased to follow the leading of God on my life. In time God broadened my vision of the "Harvest Fields." I have tried to be faithful to that calling, though it has not been easy at times, it has been fruitful! I have during the course of time worn "four hats" - that of a pastor/teacher, itinerant evangelist, author and publisher and most recently ministering to boys and girls as "Cowboy Lee." This has been very fruitful and enjoyable, especially as I have entered my "second childhood."

As a boy preacher, I took a stand as a Fundamentalist, Bible Believer and was opposed to modernism and the liberal trends that show up from time to time in the Christian community. I want to reassure you that I have not moved away from or changed my stand or convictions.

Fifteen years into the pastorate, I came to see the Word of God "rightly divided." As a result of discovering what the Bible calls the "revelation of the Mystery," I gladly joined the ranks of those who embrace Pauline Dispensational Theology. I remain as convinced of that truth today as I ever have and maybe more so.

The most far reaching and fruitful ministry that God ever gave into my trust has been the writing and publication ministry. The evidence is in - we reach more people for salvation and spiritual growth in one day through the printed page than a month of preaching. This is needed in these "perilous last days" now more than ever. God help us. I remain focused and convinced that this needs to be continued and expanded.

However, the most personally satisfying and enjoyable ministry has been the itinerant evangelistic ministry that I have carried on in local churches as "Crossroads Crusades."

Now, let's talk about the Cowboy Camp Ministry. Yes, we have, of necessity, promoted heavily the cowboy ministry. I'm excited about what God is doing and extremely thankful for our staff and all the help we have received from so many. Thank you Lord! This is a growing and much needed ministry. These boys and girls need the gospel and they need to hear the truth of the Mystery to know their identity and place in the plan of God! For time and dollar spent there is no greater spiritual return on the investment than what we have in the lives of boys and girls.

We are entering in to the final hours before our next two VERY IMPORTANT cowboy camps:

Missouri Cowboy Camp = July 27 to August 2
South Dakota Cowboy Camp = August 10 to 16

I am making this appeal for your encouragement and prayers. I can't suggest that any one of our multiple ministries mentioned above is more important than any other - although I admit that my "wanna-be" cowboys and cowgirls are very precious to me.

Would you please pray for these campers and our staff? Also, would you please encourage some boy or girl you love to come to Cowboy Camp? We still have room for a few more campers. Remember, I do not want to see any boy or girl denied this camp because of funds. Don't worry about that. If you know of a needy boy or girl and can get them here to the camps - please send them - God will provide.
